Privacy & Terms of Service

Provision of Services

The provision of services and applicable charges apply only to the issue of  COVID recovery certificates and/or other products that may appear on our website. Please note that COVID recovery certificates are accepted by some but not all countries and jurisdictions under certain circumstances. If you purchase any other COVID product/s or service/s from an affiliate provider you will be subject to their terms and conditions. By purchasing our service/s or product/s you agree to these terms of service and all conditions laid out during the purchase process.

QR Code Verification

All our certificates are issued with a unique, scannable QR code on them that can be used by 3rd parties to verify their authenticity. We are not liable for connection issues should you experience any at the time of use, however all efforts are made to maintain full server access and we use IONOS for all our hosting requirements, one of the largest providers in Europe. We recommend you have a hard copy or downloaded copy of your certificate on your device at all times and ensure it is still valid.

Refunds

Refunds will be provided within 5 working days where we are not able to issue a certificate. Refunds for other reasons will only be provided for documentary errors on the certificate unless these are as a direct result of inaccurate information submitted by the customer. Purchases via affiliate websites will be refunded in accordance with the affiliate terms and conditions.

No refunds will be available for changes in travel rules or regulations or changes in a customer's travel plans due to any cause.

Certificate Formats

The certificate will be provided in electronic format(PDF) only.  A hard copy will need to be printed for travel and must be presented alongside a hard copy of the positive PCR or Lateral Flow test referenced in the document. It is the customers responsibility to make certain that the certificates are available in hard copy for travel.  Printed copies of the certificates will not be provided by TRAVELTESTS LIMITED.

The issue of a certificate does not guarantee its acceptability at the time of use.  TRAVELTESTS LIMITED accept no liability for the subsequent validity of the certificate issued, as the validity of such certificates is variable and changes between jurisdictions and with time.

Having a COVID Recovery certificate does not necessarily exempt an individual from the requirement for a PCR/Lateral Flow/Antibody test and it is the customers sole responsibility to verify the rules for their travel destination and to remember that the rules for their return journey are likely different and subject to change.
